Great flavour but recipe needs refining

I love the flavour, but just wish it wasn’t so clumpy. Both milk and dark chocolate mixes, dissolve well but then it settles and there’s ‘clumps’ which don’t dissolve again when stirred. The dark chocolate is my favourite.
